AMAZON WOMEN'S FITNESS
RULES
The Amazon Fitness area can only be used for its intended purpose. Users of our services must not violate any relevant applicable legal regulations or the rules outlined in this House Rules document.
The following activities are prohibited within Amazon Fitness:
- Smoking, consumption of alcohol, drugs, and banned performance-enhancing substances
- Any activity that falls outside of Amazon Fitness’ services, violates the law, or goes against public morals
- Bringing dangerous materials or objects (explosives, weapons, etc.) or animals onto the premises
- Any disruptive activities that cause loud noise, unpleasant smells, or other environmental disturbances
Only qualified and authorized individuals, registered with the facility’s operator, are allowed to conduct professional sports activities, training, or instruction within Amazon Fitness.
Guests using Amazon Fitness services are required to leave the facility on time, in accordance with closing hours.
If Amazon Fitness produces or commissions promotional materials (e.g., videos or photos) showcasing the facility’s services, and any guest appears in such materials, the guest cannot make any claims against the operator related to their appearance in the promotional material.
Amazon Fitness maintains a data registry of its service users. The operator uses the guests’ data solely for internal record-keeping purposes.
For the safety of guests, Amazon Fitness is equipped with a CCTV surveillance system in the hallway, at the front desk, and within the training area.
All guests are required to maintain order and cleanliness, respect other guests, and exhibit cultured behavior while on the premises.
RECEPTION
Access to the Amazon Fitness sports areas is only allowed with a valid, personalized barcode ID or a day pass. The prices for all our services are listed in the current price list.
On the first visit, every guest is required to fill out a registration form at the reception, which confirms acceptance of the facility’s current house rules. Guests will also receive their personalized barcode entry card, which will include the membership category and validity period. The membership card must be handed to the staff at the reception each time. In case of a lost card, a replacement card can be issued for a fee of 500 HUF. The first entry includes registration.
The operator provides a free locker for changing clothes in the designated changing area for guests using the sports services. The key to the locker must remain with the guest during their stay at Amazon Fitness. If the key is lost, an immediate fee of 1,000 HUF will be charged for a lock replacement.
When a membership expires, any remaining sessions can be carried over to a new membership by combining the new membership with the old one. This allows for a pro-rata extension of the membership. In the case of force majeure, no monetary refunds are possible. The identification cards and registered memberships are non-transferable and issued to a specific name.
CHANGING ROOMS
The use of slippers is recommended in the changing and shower areas, as well as in the area in front of the infrared sauna.
The operator assumes no responsibility for items left in the facility or in the lockers.
If you notice any issues in the restrooms (clogs, dirt, etc.), please report them immediately to the reception for prompt repairs.
SAUNA
Saunas may be used at your own risk. Towels are mandatory.
It is STRICTLY PROHIBITED to bring cosmetics (e.g., essential oils) or any other liquids into the infrared sauna. We do not recommend reading newspapers or magazines in the saunas, as the heat and steam can release harmful fumes from the ink.
If you feel unwell or dizzy, leave the sauna at the first sign of discomfort, as we are unable to provide continuous supervision during sauna use.

The Amazon Women’s Fitness Club is located 180 meters from the Újbuda central metro station (Fehérvári street entrance) in the former Lágymányosi Community House building (opposite the Allee shopping mall).
