General Rules

  • Only appropriately qualified individuals registered with and authorized by the facility operator may provide professional sports services, instruction, or training anywhere on the Amazon Fitness premises.
Guests using Amazon Fitness services must leave the facility in time for closing.
If the operator produces or commissions promotional materials (video or photographs) on the Amazon Fitness premises to showcase its activities or services for any purpose, and a guest appears in those materials, the guest may not make any claim against the operator in connection with their appearance.
Amazon Fitness maintains records of guests using its sports services. The operator uses guests’ data solely for its own records.
For guests’ safety, CCTV cameras operate in the corridor and at the reception desk.
All guests must maintain order and cleanliness, respect other guests, and behave courteously throughout the facility.

Reception

  • Access to the Amazon Fitness workout areas requires a valid personal QR code or day pass. Prices for all services are listed in the current price list.
Guests using the sports facilities are provided with a locker free of charge in the designated changing area. Guests keep the locker key with them during their visit to Amazon Fitness. If the key is lost, a lock replacement fee of HUF 2,000 is payable immediately.

Changing Rooms

  • Wearing flip-flops is recommended in the changing and shower areas and outside the infrared sauna.
  • The operator accepts no liability for items left anywhere on the premises or in lockers.
  • Please report any problems in the washroom facilities, such as blockages or cleanliness issues, to reception immediately so they can be addressed promptly.

Sauna

  • Guests use the saunas at their own risk. Towels are mandatory.
Bringing cosmetics (such as essential oils) or other liquids into the infrared sauna is PROHIBITED. We do not recommend reading newspapers or magazines in the saunas, as heat and humidity may release potentially toxic fumes from the printing ink.
Leave the sauna at the first sign of feeling unwell or dizzy, as we cannot provide continuous supervision during sauna use.
